just arrived at the reception a young lady has been very very very very very rude! no english spoken , bad manners, nervous attitude! a terrible situation! never happened before in my life! No elevator!! in a kind of basement entrance snd steep stairs! 5 floors full of baggage and no help from everybody at the reception .. they preferred watching tv lie down on chairs! they say 4 stars.. RIDICULOUS! it s barely a 2 stars average in Europe! not in the center, no breakfast! TV remote control often did not work, no english program. no coffee for kettle! unsatisfied 100%

Very dirty hotel, employee can't speak english and very bad attitude, should keep away from this hotel, terrible experience. Very unfriendly employee and dirty place.

A modern hotel that is well looked after. It is close to attractions such as the Peace Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's about 500m walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. Be aware it's a walk-up, five floors only. Would stay again as it's excellent value for money.
