不太愉快的入住經歷，下機已經半夜12點，提前發了郵件跟酒店確認可以check in. 去到之後前台説找不到我的訂單，我還給了確認單，但衹找到我同事的，還説要我們住一間雙床房。經過半小時，説找到我的訂單了，但是錯安排給了其他人住，説現在沒有房了？？後來又各種爭辯，終於有房了，我們訂的兩間大床房，上去一看其中一間是三床房，詭異無比……又拖着大箱子去爭論，終於能安排到兩間大床房……咋地敢情你有房，怎麼不能一開始就按原訂單安排

房間比預想的要大，在大學裏，非常安靜，安全。酒店的人員很熱情。整體入住感覺，非常滿意。溝通問題，都很高效。

Хороший отель для 1-2 ночей. Семейный номер достаточно большой, но бестолковый в плане того что негде семьей сесть пообщаться. Есть 2 спальни и одна "комната тещи" где стоят 2 кресла и висит телевизор. Большой бонус это студенческая столовая на 1ом этаже, которая работает 24/7. Голодными не останетесь и цены очень дешёвые. Завтрак тоже хороший (не прям вау) и включен в стоимость. К слову отель расположен на территории студенческого кампуса и похоже просто переделан из общаги в 4* отель. Это не напрягает. Сделано все ок. До ТЦ Мега 7-10 минут пешком. Строят надземное метро с аэропорта , остановка прямо у входа в кампус (5 минут до отеля), будет ещё дешевле добираться через год-два. Для всего остального есть яндекс.такси. для стыковки в Астане - рекомендую. Персонал - душки)
