The lady at the front desk is not very polite. Although she is not fluent in English, she tries her best to communicate and help through translation software. The hotel environment is also good and relatively new. What I am most satisfied with is that the hotel has a gym which is very nice and the equipment is very new.

A good small hotel. It is located not far from the purpose of my business trip. Everything is new, everything is clean and tidy. The room was on the second floor with some huge windows and very high ceilings with a beautiful view of the city. The staff: very polite and smiling people. The hotel has a restaurant with good cuisine, SPA. A decent place.

First of all, big praise for the friendly, helpful staff at reception, chambermaids and technicians. The location was perfect for us, not far from the airport and the center.. Rooms very spacious, modern (but soon in need of renovation) Less positive: -Despite all efforts, the safe was not working.. -The mattress had a few soft spots, either broken or saggy. It was quickly turned and that was it👌😅 -Breakfast was pretty poor, very little choice. For the price of around €260/night we expected something better.. what a pity!!! The service in the restaurant, two women, stand at the counter and chat, no attention for the guests, no offer of drinks or omelettes..if you don't ask, it's your own fault. So the two nights were completely overpriced at €520 and not worth the amount..
