Travelled with wife and her family for 90th birthday of an Aunt in Assomada CApe Verde. When we arrived. There was nowhere to enter and no reception. area. There is no elevator and rooms werevon the 4th floor and whole party each had full suitcases. Some one showed up and gave us keys and room#s. Promissed she would be back with the internet info as family members were arriving from all over the world. Rooms were hot most ac units did not work. Mini fridgesvin rooms did not work and it was 80 degrees F with nothing provided except a bed sheets pillows bathroom and nobody to conract about these problems. Two days later when we checked out we had to find only person we had seen at the Hotel in a coffee shop to pay for our room. Nobody should stay in this place. No service no basics nothing works NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
