My students and I have been staying here on school trips since 2015. After two years of canceling trips during the pandemic, we were thrilled to finally return to Assisi in 2022. Carlo and Cristian and the rest of their family always take such good care of us that I will never stay anywhere else in Assisi! I love that we can have breakfast and supper in the hotel restaurant and enjoy the views from the terrace, and we always spend at least one evening at the Rocca Maggiore (about a 10-minute walk uphill) to watch the sunset over Assisi. Highly recommended!

DONT BOOK here!!... there is NO parking and the hotel charges you if you want to park on their premises (you get a ticket if you park in public places) The rooms are small, THE BATHROOMS ARE TINY: you use the loo and brush your teeth at the same time! BOTH side walls are dry walled, so, one can hear the neighbours; keeping you up at night!! The breakfasts are also to be avoided: over priced and inferior quality (we could not eat the yoghurt or drink the coffee)

Excellent location of the hotel a stone's throw from everything. Unfortunately some rooms are in an annex at the back (where the restaurant kitchens are). Ours was in a basement with a small cellar-style window (window) that looked out at floor level onto a small terrace (in another room?). Very small room, tiny bathroom... with shower/toilet all at once. Everything worked, but if I had known the characteristics of the room at the time of booking (Booking) I would certainly have chosen differently. Both on Booking and on the Hotel's website the room-tomb is never represented in photos... strange!!!!

Structure within the walls near the cathedral, super welcome. The food was divine, although there were many in the restaurant the service was fast. They satisfied our every request. TOP staff. In addition, the weather also allowed us to live this experience to the fullest

Very clean. Charming and professional welcome. Good beds. Proper baths. In addition, the restaurant is quality with regional food and good products. The people of Assisi also eat there. The location is at the top of the town of Assisi and in the middle of the medieval quarter near the San Ruffino Cathedral and the La Rocca Maggiore castle.

We only stayed for one day, everything was fine, certainly it's not really convenient to have to leave the building to go to the room, especially in winter and with a small child. The location however good and helpful staff Location 6 Service 7 Menu 7 Bill 6

Beautiful Franciscan style structure, very kind owners. Simple, tidy and very clean room! with beautiful panoramic terrace. Good breakfast. Excellent location with paid and municipal parking. We will definitely return.
