Great place to stay when in Unbrian. Right next to San Damiano. 15 min walk/climb to center of Assisi. Family run BB with 6 rooms. Quiet location with great views and a pool to cool you down or just relax by. Great addition to the B&B. All you can want for breakfast and Free flowing hot drinks of your choise. Go stay there and use it as your base when in Umbria. You Will not be Sorry.

beautiful location right under the church of San Damiano. In the middle of the greenery with a beautiful garden. Small pool but very well kept and welcome on these hot days. Hospitable and courteous managers. Simple room, but very clean. The bathroom would need a shower with a walk-in entrance. Abundant breakfast, good coffee. Good value for money. Recommended

We stayed in this B&B my wife and I almost by chance for three days, but today at the end of the stay I can confirm that the feeling is that of having been there for much longer, the first impact on our arrival was that of a welcoming and quiet environment with an almost visual attraction sensation, and when we saw the place it was so. Welcomed by Mrs. Marisa and her daughter Sara we immediately felt at home embraced by sympathy and professionalism, the room was the star a warm environment where everything is in its place with order and cleanliness, air conditioning and mini bar, spacious enough and I must say fresh. The bathroom small but very functional, hairdryer included and newly built. I would like to dwell on the panorama of this B&B which depending on the position offers in every corner a breathtaking panorama always keeping Assisi behind. It seems that it has finished but we discovered the wonder of this fantastic place the following morning on the advice of Mrs. Marisa who is a step away from the exit of the breakfast room and here we will return later, she showed us the steps that lead to the Sanctuary of S Damiano, we discover that the B&B is close to the Sanctuary and takes you to the Basilica in a few minutes and in a few minutes on a breathtaking path you arrive at the Mojano car park to reach Assisi and its Basilica with the escalators. On our return we go to try the super swimming pool that the B&B offers and people here raise the level even further because the swimming pool is a real touch of health with hydro and swimming current, deckchairs and sunbeds, the rating is for a 5-star hotel. Breakfasts beyond all expectations from savory to sweet, all homemade by mother and daughter with the seasoning of an amazing company. Private parking available at all hours, the conclusion is that before writing this review I had to think about it for a moment because perhaps I prefer it to remain unknown to always find it free. I recommend it for a total recharge both spiritually and physically, we will definitely be back! ❤️

B&B in a strategic position, very convenient as a base for visiting Assisi and the surrounding area. Swimming pool with hydromassage, ideal for cooling off after visiting the various villages. Quiet location, immersed in the nature of the Umbrian hills. Breakfast is not a buffet as shown in the photos; upon arrival you fill out a list with what you would like to find in the morning in the breakfast area. This part can definitely be improved or should be specified. The room is nice and clean, but there are some sore points regarding the mattress and the bed: the mattress is very old and should be replaced. The bed, which must be at least 15 years old, has a half-broken net instead of slats. The staff is friendly and easy-going. As for cleanliness, another aspect that I did not find mentioned anywhere is that the towels are changed once every 3 days. Any requests for early replacement incur a cost of €10 per person. Whether this is acceptable or not, must be specified on the site. By providing at least a corner for guests with a buffet and replacing the mattress and the base with slats, it could become a 10-person structure.

Il B&B “ Cantico delle Creature “ è situato in ottima posizione ad Assisi, in una zona di Pace e Tranquillità, dispone di alcune camere di recente costruzione, e di altre camere nel corpo principale della struttura che sarebbero da ristrutturare, per renderle anch’esse confortevoli come le altre…. Mi riferisco ad un adeguato riscaldamento, un bagno moderno e un arredamento pratico ed accogliente. Da migliorare anche la colazione, possibilmente a buffet, da arricchire con prodotti di qualità e del territorio, per una migliore scelta da parte dell’ospite. Detto questo, la cortesia e la gentilezza della signora che gestisce la struttura non manca mai, ma spesso non basta per fare del soggiorno un’esperienza indimenticabile.
