This was our first stay in Umbria on our walking holiday. We had a lovely stay and would have definitely used the very inviting swimming pool if we had stayed longer. We found the breakfast to be very good perhaps with the proviso that the coffee comes from a machine. The staff were very helpful and kind . The room was quiet and perfectly adequate for our short stay. We would love to come back and spend longer here.

the first thing I noticed upon arrival was the rubbish outside the chests of drawers and it remained there all weekend and this confirmed to me, even later, that the cleaning of the structure was not very accurate. The breakfast was infested with bees and flies even inside the containers with the products, I understand that we are immersed in nature, but precautions can be taken to improve this problem. Poor staff, the pool was also quite dirty. The air conditioner in the room is noisy and the room not very welcoming. Too bad, because the structure is remarkable and the location is also strategic.

Beautiful location, in the middle of the trees, panoramic view and with swimming pool. Too bad that: - the pool is dirty and to remedy they put an exaggerated amount of chlorine, you can even feel it while breathing nearby; - the breakfast is mediocre, but above all impossible to enjoy it given whole swarms of wasps which, in groups, are found on every dish that is exposed, therefore impossible to enjoy it (we learned that there have been requests for several days, from other guests, with the invitation to provide, to no avail); -the room with rearranged furniture, cobwebs in the corners, humidity on one side of the room on the ground, bathroom door with plenty of dust on the panels, areas of rust in the bathroom and blackened joints in the shower. Many of the guests complained about the same things...some even spoke of an attic with carpeting and dilapidated furniture, some others of very dirty cutlery... Too bad, a little more attention and cleaning would offer the opportunity to achieve a better location at the inside the evaluations in the local farmhouses!

La struttura esterna è abbastanza gradevole, anche se migliorabile. Le camere sono invece brutte, vecchie e trascurate. la doccia è piccola e traballante ed il soffione è intasato dal calcare. Il rubinetto del lavandino è completamente rovinato e spruzza acqua in ogni dove. Il letto matrimoniale è in realtà costituito da due reti e da due materassi singoli che continuano a separarsi. La colazione prevedeva poche fette di prosciutto e di formaggio ben poco invitanti; il resto degli alimenti non era fresco ma confezionato; le bevande calde non erano servite dal personale della struttura, ma dovevano essere direttamente prelevate da parte degli ospiti utilizzando un distributore automatico di tipo aziendale, con risultati qualitativi decisamente scadenti. Un consiglio sincero per chi volesse andare ad Assisi: cercate un altro alloggio!!!

Ich habe hier zwei Tage verbracht, um nach einer Fernwanderung mich auszuruhen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt unterhalb der Altstadt und auch der Bahnhof ist in ca. 2 km erreichbar. Wer gut zu Fuß ist und auf die Autos aufpasst, kann also etwas dem Touristentrubel in der Altstadt entweichen und trotzdem alles zu Fuß erreichen (nachts auf unbeleuchteter Landstraße nicht zu empfehlen!). Am Schwimmbecken lässt es sich gut entspannen. Zum Frühstück gibt es zum Glück neben dem obligatorischen süßen Teil auch Käse/Wurst, wenn auch nicht alles in höchster Qualität. Auch die Kuchen haben sehr nach Industrieware geschmeckt... Leider war ich im Dachgeschoss des Haupthauses untergebracht und hatte damit eine zumeist nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage und ein enges Bad unter der Dachschräge (Badewanne, in der man nicht stehen kann). Allgemein machte das Haus schon einen recht alten und abgewohnten Eindruck. In den Gemeinschaftsräumen roch es bisweilen nach Abwasser.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo fantastico b&b ad Assisi dal 7 al 9 settembre. Che dire cercavamo un posto dove alloggiare per una visita alla splendida Assisi. Accolti in modo impeccabile cordialità e disponibilità. Camere pulitissime accoglienti. Colazione spettacolare ottima e super abbondante. La piscina TOP dove le mie figlie hanno trascorso ore di relax al termine delle lunghissime camminate alla scoperta di Assisi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Location impagabile, comodissima per un giro ad Assisi anche di sera ,caratteristica struttura perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio, personale gentilissimo, stanze pulite e dotate di aria condizionata, piscina valore aggiunto, solo la colazione da rivedere

Abbiamo pernottato 2 notti in una camera basic, mata. La camera di piccole dimensioni (ma per noi non era un problema), era dotato di bagno datato con vasca all'interno della quale era impossibile stare in piedi per lavarsi dato che il tetto era molto basso ed io per dirvi non sono una gigante, sto sul metro e sessanta e non ci entravo. L'altra problematica più seria era il cattivo odore che emanavano le tubature dei sanitari e che si sentiva anche in camera, dove addirittura si amplificava tenendo acceso il.condizionatore. Per 2 notti abbiamo pagato 195 euro...quel prezzo non era affatto congruo per l'offerta proposta. Inoltre sul sito non vi sono foto della camera, e trovate solo indicato che sono camere mansardate ma non specificano altro. La posizione della struttura è comoda, è attaccato ad Assisi, tutto il personale è davvero gentile, l'esterno della struttura tenuto bene, inclusa la piscina.
