There was a little bit of street noise in the room, but overall it was a clean hotel with good breakfast. It is about a 10 minute walk to the castle. There is a large parking lot.

Location close to the Basilica of San Francesco, possibility of free parking, very good breakfast with homemade cakes. There is the possibility of choosing between sweet and savory and they also have some products for intolerant people. The rooms are normal and very clean. The owners are always kind and very helpful. The only flaw is the road that leads to the hotel is a bit steep uphill and not lit at night but obviously it is not a demerit for the structure that fully met my expectations.

From the Hotel to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi it is approximately 15' of a "good" climb on foot (but the view is incredible, along with the olive tree plantations), but soon after we are practically inside the Basilica, and From there, just explore the city of Assis. Friendly reception, OK room (no luxury), served us very well (warm and quiet). Simple but delicious breakfast. Free parking and the Hotel has a restaurant that opens at night, we didn't use it, but it was full. (*) If you can, buy the olive oil sold at the Hotel at a cost of €8, it is available for tasting (Breakfast table).

Very nice and welcoming structure. You can park easily and have a beautiful and characteristic inn for eating. The owners are very kind and helpful. We breathed the true atmosphere of Christmas throughout the entire structure. Comfortable and clean rooms. The best are the homemade breakfast desserts. Spectacular! A bit of a road to get to the Basilica, but highly recommended!!!

Relaxing holiday HOTEL away from the chaos but just a few minutes from the beautiful Basilica of S. Francesco. The breakfasts with coffee and cappuccino from the bar, both savory and sweet, are always fresh and non-industrial with generous portions. Rooms ok.
