La posizione, a due passi dalla basilica, è veramente ottima. La camera molto ampia e arredata con gusto. Anche gli spazi comuni sono molto carini. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Colazione molto ricca, con dolci fatti in casa.

Ospitalità pari a zero da parte della proprietaria che è è stata scortese, per nulla accogliente e non si è degnata di salutarmi né al mio arrivo né alla mia partenza. La colazione non era disponibile perché abbiamo prenotato un giorno prima (e quindi? Mai sentita una scusa simile) ma almeno avrei lasciato due misere cialde per la macchinetta del caffè!!! Casa piena di oggetti superflui e di regole appese qua e là e camera minuscola. Ma avrei perdonato tutto il resto se la proprietaria fosse stata almeno un minimo gentile e Ospitale. Ma zero! Mai più.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti presso questo B&B. Proprietari molto discreti ma presenti. Arrivano comodamente tutte le informazioni necessarie via mail e whatsapp. Quello che ho apprezzato maggiormente è la posizione, vicinissima alla Basilica di San Francesco, l’estrema pace che si respira in queste stanze ed il check in molto agevole. Buona colazione con dolci fatti in casa. Il parcheggio è disponibile con una bella e panoramica passeggiata di 10 minuti. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole passare qualche giorno in relax!

Appena rientrati da un weekend ad assisi dove abbiamo alloggiato al new day,siamo stati molto bene,colazione super,posizione ottima vicino alla basilica di san Francesco e inoltre una buona accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. Consigliato!

Posizione ottima in centro ad Assisi, nei pressi della Basilica di San Francesco. Bed and breakfast accogliente e pulito. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Parcheggio riservato a pagamento, un po' distante dalla struttura. Assolutamente consigliato

Ottima esperienza con proprietari cortesi e disponibili nel sistemare un piccolo disguido con la serratura del portoncino. Camera pulita e provvista di salviette per il bagno. Colazione dolce abbondante con torte fatte in casa. Molto consigliato

Posto incantevole, le camere e il bagno privato, pulitissimi e curati in ogni minimo particolare. Un piccolo gioiello. La colazione buonissima, servita in una sala perfettamente arredata. Ci è piaciuto davvero tanto. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Struttura veramente confortevole in prossimità della Basilica. Una volta superata l’”impegnativa” scala a chiocciola ci si trova in uno spazio comune da cui si accede alla camera prenotata. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato nei minimi particolari. Letto confortevole e comodità di uscire dalla stanza e trovarsi immersi nella fantastica atmosfera di questa bellissima località umbra. Le comunicazioni in fase di prenotazione sono state sempre utili e puntuali.
