The hotel is at walking distance of the historical part of Assisi. The staff was very kind however the hotel badly needs some maintenance. The shower didn't feel clean so I didn't take a shower. Besides that there was a problem with the door of the shower. There is no mini-fridge, the television didn't work (they told us there was a problem with the antenna, but in the dining hall the tv worked). The remote of the air conditioning didn't work, they gave us another one. No easy-to-reach sockets to charge your phone (besides the one in the bathroom but I didn't want to charge there). Only one of the two bedside lamps worked, the other was only for decoration (because there was no socket to plug it in).

Cibo di una qualità ottima, stanze pulite, panorama mozzafiato, luogo molto tranquillo. Michele persona gentile e disponibile. Luogo vicina al santuario di assisi a piedi sono circa 20 minuti. L albergo è ancora in fase di rifacimento e ristrutturazione

Una struttura immersa nel verde e pace ottima x rilassarti sono stata x il fine settimana ottima cucina il cuoco ci ha deliziato il personale molto gentile e disponibile la struttura molto pulita ma in particolare il gestore Michele tanto paziente e gentile da ritornare

Sono stato x questo fine settimana con un viaggio parrocchiale mi sono trovato benissimo immersa nel Verde con un bellissimo panorama ed quattro passi dalla basilica la struttura e pulita anche se prima era un convento ma è in via di miglioramento xchè c'è Michele che una persona eccezionale molto disponibile tutto il personale eccezionale gentili la cucina è al top il cuoco ci ha coccolati la cosa più bella è stata la cappella privata che il nostro parroco ha celebrato la santa messa domenicale da ritornare grazie a tutti Massimo da Pompei

“Hotel” terribile se si può definire tale. La sporcizia è ovunque ed è estrema ci sono peli dappertutto. Le coperte sono sporche di non si sa che cosa. Non è uno scherzo non venite in questo hotel e non fatevi ingannare dalle recensioni scritte dai proprietari.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo pernottato avantieri notte e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti del pur breve soggiorno; abbiamo riscontrato competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità e, in una struttura con camere "essenziali", siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla comodità del letto e dalle dotazioni della camera. Una chicca "unica e meravigliosa" è rappresentata dalla chiesetta che è parte integrante della struttura e che al suo interno è impreziosita da un mosaico stupendo per fattura e concezione con la figura femminile della Madonna preponderante sulle figure maschili. Ci torneremo sicuramente anche per l'ottima posizione a poco più di 2 km. dalla Basilica di San Francesco. Cosima RIGANO e Andrea LI VOLSI da Bari.

Albergo pessimo, pulizia mancata e le salviette della doccia c’hanno lascito le stesse per 3 gg di fila, per non parlare degli armadi, in una camera da 4 solo un armadio piccolo e sporco!! pasti mal serviti, pane e crossan con muffa. Sconsiglio vivamente di non andarci!!

ero in gita con il catechismo e ho trovato questo luogo orribile prima di tutto il cibo era immangiabile non lo darei manco al mio cane la pasta era cruda le patatine fritte erano surgelate la carne era al sangue e il pollo era giallo fluo il pane era ammuffito i piatti e i bicchieri erano gia stati usati da altra gente idem gli asciugamani le camere sporche nel letto cerano 2 caccole la doccia fredda congelata servizio schifoso ci anno rovesciato la pasta addosso
