This would be an easier place to stay for Italians because of the language barrier. Even though it's a BNB, breakfast didn't come with our stay. It has a kitchen but it's not well equipped. We had a two bedroom, but the bathrooms were tiny and the space was cramped for . Now that4 adults. Now that I got out what might not be a good fit for all, let me say that our hostess was very gracious, the grounds are beautiful, and at night you have an incredible view of San Francesco Basilica. It is out of the way for those who want a car, but a very short drive to Assisi historic district. Overall a very nice place to stay with a few limitations.

Ci siamo stati questo fine settimana. Posto bellissimo di fronte ad Assisi immerso nel verde. Camera pulita con tutti i confort, compreso riscaldamento autonomo, ed ottima prima colazione. Parcheggio gratuito. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo

Ons beste verblijf tijdens een 2 weken roadtrip door Italië. Prachtige grote, schone en complete kamer. Een super fijn en comfortabel bed. Grote, nette badkamer. Een heerlijk ontbijt, veel vers en eigengemaakte producten. Rustige plek. De auto kan veilig geparkeerd worden. Er zijn fietsen gratis te gebruiken. De bushalte is om de hoek. Tip: ga met de bus omhoog en loop eind van de dag weer naar beneden. En de plek, prachtig! Wat een mooi uitzicht op Assisi (op onze kamer zelfs vanuit bed). En super lieve mensen! Wij hadden nog maar 2 nachten te gaan, maar waren hier graag langer gebleven.

Struttura molto curata con vista spettacolare su Assisi, dalla Basilica a Santa Chiara. Colazione molto ricca, genuina e di ottima qualità!! Ottima base per un'immersione nella città di San Francesco facilmente raggiungibile a piedi attraverso l'"antica mattonata".

Ottima posizione tra Santa Maria degli Angeli e Assisi. Vista unica ai piedi di Assisi. Parcheggio disponibile in loco e fermata dell’ autobus nelle immediate vicinanze. Davide è stato molto gentile nell’accoglierci e sempre disponibile. Personale gentile, colazione ottima e abbondante. Le camere sono molto pulite e con diversi arredamenti. Solo un consiglio, più appendiabiti nell’armadio sarebbero graditi. Consiglio vivamente la struttura per chi desidera visitare l’Umbria e speriamo di ritornarci.

E' la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura e che dire ... siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno; continueremo a consigliare questa struttura ai nostri conoscenti e se capiterà saremo felici di ritornare. Personale cordiale e gentilissimo, pulizia ineccepibile, ottima colazione. Molto bello rilassarsi nella vasca idromassaggio dopo una giornata di girovagare, con una vista stupenda sulla basilica di S. Francesco. Daniela e Stefano

Decisamente una gran bella esperienza, per la posizione (vista fantastica su Assisi), la pace e serenità che si respira, l’accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto e la qualità dei servizi, tra cui la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette gratuitamente e la vasca idromassaggio, molto soddisfatti!

Tutto perfetto se dovessi tornare ad Assisi ritornerei in questa struttura. La consiglio a tutti, sia per la cortesia del personale che per la posizione strategica sita tra santa Maria degli Angeli e Assisi, non che per l' estrema pulizia delle camere.
