The hotel is more of a hostel. Don't expect restaurant or bar. Food was whatever daily affair the chef made. No choices, basic. Breakfast was croissants, juice machine, coffee, tea, cold cereal, and yogurt. Dinner was always pasta, main course, and dessert. Good, but don't expect fancy Italian meals. The room had one large window with shutters, no screens. So when it rained you saw metal slat shutters. No air conditioner and it was in 90s during the day, 80s at night. Queen bed was metal single frames put together. Sheets were changed daily, and very clean. However tiny shower stall had very dirty mold along the bottom. There was one ceiling light. A small table fan offered little respite from the heat. The cost of the room was very cheap so guess you get what you pay for. We were there on group pilgrimage and we're reminded it is NOT A TOUR.
