Beautiful hotel, very friendly people, especially Andrea! Very good guy, very sweet. Good food! I slept very well and it was close to the centre. 1 easy bus to cagliari and Andrea helped me very good. He helped me with everything and is very good soccer player!

We used the hotel on two separate dates in September at the start and finish of a bicycle tour of the area. We chose the hotel as it had plenty of private parking, the hotel itself is a standard business hotel with just about everything you need. The rooms are okay and very clean, we had a small balcony both times. Breakfast was a disappointment though based on all the other hotels we stayed in during our visit. The bus stop in to town is just out front and it takes about 30 minutes, a lot better than taking the car! Nice little restaurant across the road which we used on both occasions.

É uma vergonha esse hotel se considerar 4 estrelas. Instalações antigas e atendimento ruim. O recepcionista que me recebeu no check-in foi mal educado. Além da má vontade, quando pedi sugestões de um restaurante para jantar ele respondeu "procure no google". Lamentável. A região onde fica o hotel também é muito vazia e pouco iluminada, nao me senti seguro.

Appena arrivato una guerra per avere la mia solita suite che avevo prenotato. Mi viene data per ben due volte una stanza normale, scendo nuovamente a lamentarmi, e finalmente mi viene data la suite che avevo pagato! Siamo al terzo giorno qui, Piscina sporca, verde, e soprattutto chiusa!! Ad agosto in Sardegna! Chiedo quando viene riaperta e nessuno lo sa! Chiedo rimborso e mi viene negato. Abito ad Assemini, tanto vale me ne stavo a casa invece di spendere 1000 euro qui. Stanze sempre spaziose e in condizioni pessime

Stanza spaziosa pulita e con tutti i comfort di un 4 stelle. Prezzo contenuto sia del soggiorno che del servizio bar. Consigliatissimo per visitare la zona. Ben servito anche di ristoranti e pizzerie nei dintorni. Perfetto per l’aereoporto di Elmas!

L’hotel è una bella struttura con un buon ristorante in una posizione comoda dall’aeroporto. Unica pecca è la receptionist, persona scortese, maleducata e mal organizzata, senza togliere nulla al resto del personale gentile e disponibile.

Le stanze sono molto belle e grandi , così come la piscina e fin lì tutto ok. Colazione buffet pessima , povera e di scarsa qualità a 10 euro al giorno. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo prendere una bustina di The da portare in stanza ma ci è stato risposto che dobbiamo pagare un extra se non consumiamo sul posto. Assurdo. Appena arrivati il primo giorno ho chiesto un cambio stanza in quanto aveva chiesto una stanza diversa e mi è stata chiesta giustamente la differenza di 55 euro , e fin qui va bene. Quello che trovo assurdo è che mi sono stati chiesti pure altri 30 euro di pulizie per una stanza che non ho manco usato , perché c'ero appena entrato da 10 minuti per guardarla per poi volerla cambiare subito perché pessima ... Dopo aver pattuito 20 euro per inutili pulizie visto che ho svuotato solo una valigia , mi sono sentito derubato di questi soldi... Non ho mai sentito che in un Hotel se voglio cambiare stanza devo pagare , capisco una stanza più grande o altro ma pagare le "pulizie" quando non è stata usata , per me è stato pessimo.
