Stayed for 2 nights, 2 rooms.
Staff that we were in contact - reception people and bar tender - were very friendly and helpfull.
Unfortunately, hotel needs urgent rehabilitation; it looks like in the 90's, furniture, bathroom, elevators, almost everything looks outdated and weared, stains and scratches on the walls in the rooms and lobby.
On top of that, our room was not properly clean, with remains of insect kills and even spider webs on the ceiling. Fortunately, for the second night the spyder web was removed.
The hotel shows a 4star S sign at the entrance, which doesn't reflect at all reality.
Would't repet experience, nor recommend it to other travellers.

It's very spacious, has a bathtub, and is good for long-term stays. It's convenient because it's close to the station and there's a shopping center nearby. I've stayed here twice in the winter, and both times I encountered bugs in the room, probably because it's surrounded by nature. It might be a tough experience for people who don't like bugs, but overall it's a good hotel!

We had a great time, the hotel was very clean and tidy.
The location is perfect for those who maybe have to go see a concert at the Unipol Forum (it will be 5 minutes away on foot)
The staff was very kind.
The breakfast was rich and varied.
I highly recommend it.
