Hotel Jerome is our favorite hotel in the country. The service, the comfort of the rooms, the food and beverage offerings, and the pool / hot tub are all absolutely *top-notch*! This was our fourth time staying there and we were upgraded to a suite slightly larger than the suite we usually stay in which really made the experience special. We can't wait to come back!

Great service, great amenities and fantastic food. Every team member was super friendly. They were always asking if they could help, offering things above and beyond. The rooms were wonderful and clean. A very high end luxury resort. Worth the trip! Will be back to stay again!

This hotel is in a beautifully renovated historic building in the heart of Aspen and walking distance from the Aspen/Ajax mountain. The staff is top notch, the rooms are gorgeous and their shuttle service if extremely useful. The J Bar and Living Room are a fun place to have a drink or meal with your group and the restaurants are amazing. Bad Harriett is their speak easy in the building next door that is a must see even if you aren't staying at the hotel. Finally their hot tubs and pools are a great way to relax and rejuvenate the muscles after a day on the mountains.

Great experience overall. Hotel Jerome is well-located in Aspen, and the two bars in the hotel are great and a lot of fun. The skiing recommendations and equipment rentals were also great and easy. Mathew, the manager, particularly went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay, and the concierge team ensured we had great dining options throughout our stay.

The hotel is immaculate, the staff and the service is the very best, while being casual and familiar. It's an amazing hotel in an equally appealing town center. Every member of the staff was not only polite and kind but felt interested in my plans while on property.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Rooms have plenty of room. Hotel is convenient to airport, town, shuttle for ski and hiking. Enjoyed the walkability of the location. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Decor is lodgy and calming.

We stayed at Hotel Jerome over Thanksgiving week and genuinely enjoyed our time there. The hotel was located in a convenient spot in downtown Aspen, and everything we wanted to check out in town was just a quick walk away. The hotel staff almost always greeted us and checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay. The one thing I did not like was the automatic 22% gratuity added to every dining bill. While I did appreciate that the servers pointed this out to us when providing the check, there was no option to reduce the gratuity percentage to a level we believed to be appropriate based on the level of service received. While we probably would not have adjusted it for most experiences, there were a few occasions where 22% simply was not warranted. The hotel has a fantastic vibe, and it's history is steep. I did feel like some of the common areas could have been cleaned up (dusted, mirrors wiped down, etc.), particularly for an Auberge resort. Let me be clear though, the rooms were very clean and nicely maintained. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Great experience. Historical luxury. Excellent staff. Supreme cocktails. Hot Tub. Boot shine service. Room snacks. Proximity to the skiing. Thank you for an excellent experience. We will be back. The Lexus fleet is an extra nice touch. What a ride.
