非常差的體驗，經網站預訂了一間日式房，輸入了2大人3小朋友的資料。 確認信已寫明包5張日式被鋪及2位早餐。 取房時，酒店通知網站只預訂了2人的，所以只能提供2張床鋪， 就算給他看了確認信，他也說只能提供2張床鋪，多要的要加錢。 之後因為只包含2人早餐費，所以小朋友要額外每位收取1500Yen, 我們說那我們不吃了，大人也不會吃。 那位大堂經理說，不吃也是要付錢，這是他們酒店的規矩! 我真是第一次聽不吃也要付錢!!! 我很生氣跟他理論，他的態度也是非常差。 最後他跟我說，你不滿意可以離開不住酒店。 最後我有付錢，但我一定要投訴他!! 網站後來有補償我多付的錢，但這間酒店我決不會推薦給任何人!!

大型酒店， 房間陳設比較舊，早晚自助餐很普通， 溫泉共3 處， 也是舊但感覺衞生； 位置很好， 近阿蘇景點， 不要當作溫泉旅館會好些， 似旅行团的酒店。

服務員有講東話及國語，解釋各樓層及用膳時間，非常親切。設施雖夠陳舊，但到動物園及草千里來說非常方便。

酒店早餐可以，但是晚餐有點失望，寧願只訂有早餐的房，再於酒店內另一家燒肉店吃晚餐（注意要查清休館日），訂的是日式房榻榻米，房間很好同行一人只能瞓硬枕，另一人只能瞓軟枕，但此酒店枕頭我們兩人也接受到。停車場位多，溫泉選擇多（但是不是濃烈硫磺味那種）整體上是可以。
