The facilities are old but very good. However, breakfast and dinner are disappointing. Especially, the dessert for dinner is only ice cream. It is not as described in the photo. In addition, one of the sauna facilities was broken and could not be used. This part needs to be adjusted. I will make a formal complaint to Trip.com.

Although it is close to Aso Station, it is located in a private house, so it is easy to get lost without finding the details even on the navigation system. The owner is an architect, and the proprietress grows Akagyu beef and vegetables, and even makes doburoku sake. The children help with management and construction, and the inn is run by the family, making it the best family ever. As expected of architects, the old house has been renovated to give it a sophisticated feel, and high-end amenities and facilities are provided at key points. There are a total of four luxurious rooms, all of which come with a Goemon bath, a rock bath, and an open-air bath. At night, charcoal grills are served around the hearth. You can enjoy Akagyu beef and Amakusa Daio beef. The manager, who is still inexperienced in running the inn, is so dedicated that it is moving. He is so overworked that I worry he is overworking himself. It is a wonderful inn that I want to go back to every year as my children grow up.
