Good location closed to train station to go in Paris city and a market at the downstairs.

The hotel is very clean, except that the carpet is a little dirty. The soles of your feet are black when you step on it barefoot because slippers are not provided. The location is good, the hotel is right after you get out of the subway, it is the last stop of M13. There are pharmacies, supermarkets, barber shops, bakeries, and restaurants around, which makes life convenient.

The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the Metro, with a bus stop right outside the hotel.
There's a convenience store next to the Metro station, and across the street, the pastry shop Le Croustillant De La Gare serves what I believe are the best croissants.
Their reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The only downside was that the sink tended to clog.

The reception are very unfriendly, the room device did not replace the dirty towel, they just retold them and pretend the are new. Find a better place, it does not deserve to be a four star hotel

good location near the metro on the outskirts of paris,.however there is no functioning AC during a heatwave in Paris and nothing has been done for my 4 nights stay..staffs were nice tho
