Well-equipped kitchen, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker (without filters). Excellent bed.
Quiet and clean area, with quick access to the metro (literally 7-8 minutes walk to Gabriel Peri station), several chain supermarkets in the area + a little further supermarket open until 23:00
Cons: the reception staff (the girl checked in) speaks only French, unfortunately. A bit surprising for a chain hotel, but not surprising for Paris. 😃

Close to the metro, convenient. Checked in earlier than expected, thanks to the team! The room is neat, the furniture and plumbing are not new. It was uncomfortable to sleep, the mattress was sliding off the frame. Also, the shower was leaking and the refrigerator worked very poorly
