Undoubtedly nothing to say about the structure, newly renovated room, something to improve on the cleanliness of cobwebs and light bulbs but sufficient, another plus of the structure certainly the spa, an oasis of well-being, but absolutely insufficient the catering. From a 4s hotel it is absolutely legitimate to ask for more. I only wonder how it is possible that after all the negative reviews on the cuisine in recent months, no remedy has been found. Having a Ferrari and driving as if you had a Panda. I would also add, asked for a double bed and found 2 single beds joined, there was not even a kettle in the room. I repeat, much, much more can and must be done.

In sala il personale molto qualificato, cordiale attento alle esigenze dei clienti, veramente molto professionale, parlo del Metr Valerio e dello chef de rang Antonino. Lascia tanto a desiderare invece il barman Aniello, nessuna cordialità, non sa fare il suo lavoro . Non ho mai visto un barman peggiore per il resto il top, bellissimo hotel, in sala in 1 .

Camere confortevoli e pulite. Reception impeccabile. Ristorante bellissimo con vista panoramica sulla città di Asiago. Personale gentile. Un plauso particolare va al Barman, che ci ha allietato e tenuto compagnia con la sua simpatia oltre che con la sua immensa cultura dei vari prodotti alcolici deliziandomi, inoltre, con un Mai Thai davvero sublime. Difficile trovare questa competenza oggi in giro.

Hotel bellissimo rinnovato da poco con posizione ottimale vista panoramica. Pulizia e personale professionale e gentile. SPA bellissima e spaziosa giardino curato ampio dove passare ore in relax. Cucina ottima variegata particolare ampia scelta da menu e anche per il buffet della colazione. Un particolare saluto a Valerio e Nino al servizio ristorante simpatici e gentili che hanno allietato le nostre cene!

Semplicemente perfetto! Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend in questa struttura e ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Un ringraziamento a tutto il personale che ci ha accolto. Gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità . Stanze pulitissime e moderne pur restando nella tradizionalità del territorio. Giardino ben curato con bella vista. In sintesi una vera e propria oasi di pace e benessere . Lo consigliamo assolutamente e ci ritorneremo.

Hotel datato ristrutturato ma non all' altezza delle 4 stelle S. Purtroppo l' ascensore non arriva nel garage. Al check in non mi hanno detto che bisogna chiedere la chiave della cassaforte (gratuita). Camera nella media con dotazioni minime, altri 4 stelle offrono vestaglia, ciabattine, fazzoletti di carta, calzante scarpe, ombrello e borsa per la Spa. Il secondo giorno mi hanno lasciato senza sapone, i doppi cuscini nell' armadio uno con capelli altrui, l' altro sporco con unto del viso, ho pulito i ripiani dell' armadio quindi pulizia scarsa e non sufficiente! Il box doccia perde acqua. Zona bar molto ampia con arredamento piacevole, grandi divani distanziati, zona ristorante bella con vetrate che fanno vedere il bellissimo panorama, cucina buona, cena buona, il personale è volenteroso e cordiale, colazione media con servizio al tavolo delle bevande calde che lascia a desiderare, mancanza di una centrifuga per le verdure. Insomma un 4 stelle S che vive di rendita dei tempi passati.

Bellissima esperienza. Posto accogliente e molta disponibilità da parte dello staff. Direttore molto cordiale. Spazi e soprattutto Spa molto spaziosi ed eleganti. Colazione abbondante e vista bellissima. Sicuramente da riprovare al più presto.
