I stayed here with my spouse Christmas Eve. We are Americans. When we booked the room we received confirmation that as foreigners we would not pay the 18% tax. Upon arrival we discovered that our credit card was charged and the 18% tax was also charged. We asked the front desk to credit us and correct the mistake but they said they were not able to do this. We had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Be careful when you make your booking. The hotel itself was basic. Nice looking pool area but the rooms are in need of renovation.

The hotel is nice. It’s a little expensive for this kind of structure. The week part is the restaurant, too pricey for the quality of food. You should think very seriously to offer other alternatives. Burger, hotdogs, pizzas. More than two types of foods. If you want to compete with other hotels. You need to offer something that the family with children can effort.

Went there with my family last week, Hotel amenities were ok, staff at front desk were very friendly but we didn't have any room service during the 2 nights we stayed there. My kids were cold and I asked for an extra blanket, went to the front desk to ask for this, someone in the front desk of the hotel gave me a blanket. I took it to our room and I noticed a weird smell, the flannel blanket wasn't clean and had a pee smell . Also, when we got to the hotel we noticed 2 cups of coffee on the floor, outside one of the rooms. No one picked it up during our stay. Food in the hotel is very good, including the breakfast buffet. Activities in the pool were fun for the kids.

Friendly staff, but hotel opened before it was ready, windows did not close, lots needed to be painted. Resaurant and bar overpriced for what you get. The staff sort of makes it better but does not compensite for the high pricing.

Went there in late May. The town was very dead, the pool was freezing no jacuzzi or anything to jump in. It took 10 minutes to get warm water out of the shower (not very climate-friendly) and even after 10 minutes it wasn't hot. No sign of them being any climate-friendly with the cutlery being wrapped in paperbags and they use disposable shampoo bottles and so on..... Food was a little bit overpriced, especially when there is nothing else nearby. Especially the water and soda costing 8 soles.... There is nothing really exciting to do nearby, if you want to rent a bike it cost you 15 dollars an hour!!!..

El trato del personal muy buena y atenta, la comida es buena no espectacular pero muy agradable, las habitaciones muy confortables y limpias el aseo de las habitaciones todos los días eso es muy bueno lo único malo que falta mantenimiento a la infraestructura en algunos lugares

No recomiendo que se hagan socios de este club porque para asociarme me ofrecieron muchas cosas y luego se disculparon que porque la que me ofreció para hacerme socia se confundió y dijo lo que no es pero aún así se comprometieron a darme parte de lo que me ofrecieron como poder reservar en las océan y ahora simplemente escribo y no me quieren dar pase para hacerme socia una reserva siempre me dicen que está ocupado que no hay disponibilidad , no me responden las llamadas dicen que no puedo reservar domingos ni feriados ni días festivos … pésimo , en estos días haré mi denuncia a indeciso , desde enero que no puedo acceder a una reserva y simplemente ya ni me contestan . NO SÉ HAGAN SOCIOS, ahora solo me dicen que si quiero reservar pague porque como socios ya no hay disponibilidad al a pesar que veo en otras aplicaciones y cuentan con espacio

Faltan poltronas en la piscina, mantenimiento en los baños, no tiene la lista de reservas al día en la portería tuvimos una demora de 10 minutos en el ingreso. Por lo demás todo bien, considero que por lo que se paga se encuentra dentro de lo que se puede esperar.

Personal servicial. La comida es buena. Los precios de la comida son elevados. El mar es bastante agitado así que la gente no suele meterse. No tuve inconvenientes con las instalaciones pero sí sería bueno que le den mantenimiento y pintura a algunas paredes por estetica.
