The staff was good but there were things in the picture of the room I got from ******* that weren’t there There was no walk-in shower which I needed there wasn’t a chair and ottoman but they brought me one I wasn’t happy about that It was your fault not the Hotels that there wasn’t a shower in the room I hope next time if I use you again I don’t have to go through that again

Great stay but they need to get their furniture finished up and definitely need to get some decent coffee back. The dirty dish water that they try to pass off as coffee is totally unacceptable

It said feee parking and free shuttle when in reality there is no free parking only when you stay and that’s a joke. False advertising no free parking when you have shuttle although it says it on the site. Never stay here again.

The bed and pillows were wonderful. I didnt like the fact that it was being remodeled and we were not even offered a discount on our room. There was drywall dust under the microwave. Obviously the counter wasn't even cleaned before they put the microwave back on it. the lampshade next to the bed was busted up. The furniture and lighting lookied like they found the stuff in a back room and thought it would do.

Stayed for medical procedure next day. Couldn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. Facility was nice. Clean workout room. Quiet room Thurs floor facing the airport. Overall satisfactory stay. Hope to try breakfast next time.

Initially we had an issue with checking in, but between hotel staff and online service it was dealt with quickly. Looking forward to breakfast that hotel provides for free.

They were in the process of renovating the rooms so there wasn't much furniture in the room. But the room was clean and while the hotel is located right at the airport, it was very quiet. The only advice that I would give to future travelers is bring your own pillow. Theirs are really small and lumpy.
