Bar/restaurant had one person working on a spring break week. Waited for 45 minutes for cold dinner, ridiculous!!

The front desk person was friendly. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the sinks didnt drain well at all, the toilet plugged, the wall paper is falling off. The pool ended up being closed one day because someone puked in it. I know thats not their fault, but still. I had 2 sad kids that couldnt swim. It was back open the next morning, so im not sure how it was correctly cleaned that fast. They said the slide hurt where the conectiins were and the stairs were very hard on their feet. We tried getting breakfast in the morning and the employee said he was the only one there so it would take a while. We went to another place and by the time we got back people in front of us waiting were just getting their food. Glad we didnt wait.

The staff upon arrival was rude and didnt explain anything. The blankets and pillows both had holes in them . The front desk was alerted. Didnt offer to come change them out. My autistic daughter lost her band for the pool and the lady wouldnt give me a new one for hers saying the old one had to be returned . Please note this is a 6 year old birthday that we paid for to be there. Just an all around terrible experience.

Although the location was very good for us, the hotel was tired. Our room had dirty carpeting, counters and furniture that hadn't been wiped off, and showed a lot of signs of wear. The hotel is quite large for a single elevator as well, which made navigating the hotel a lengthy process. I expected a much higher standard for the price we paid for our room.

Everyone who worked there was nice and the place was pretty clean. The renovations were done to a B level, replace the bar but keep the old chairs. The bed was too hard and $30 for an Angel's Envy on the rocks is insane in Green Bay. Otherwise it was basically a Comfort Inn with a Bennigans in it.
