I'm sorry I don't answer the phone while driving, so they didn't know I would be arriving late. It wasn't a problem that I had to call to check in.
The problem was that the heat didn't work in the room. They brought me a space heater to warm the room quickly, but an hour after I turned it off, the room was freezing. The space heater did keep it warm in the room, but it was not ideal.
I was also put off my the $100 deposit in case I trashed the place; I wonder what sort of clients they've had in the past...
