A bit less than what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Outdated rooms, walls very thin so you hear the people in the rooms next to you loud and clear. I reserved a King smoking 2 days ahead and when arrived they didn't have one ready so I took a queen and was charged the same. I want be staying there again.

Trim around bathroom door was loose, main door didn't seal all the way, and floor in bathroom area felt like it was going to fall through.

No water, heat wasn't on in room it was 19 outside. Took 3 hours for room to be warm enough not to wear coat inside room. Draft coming from under door needed to put something to block it.

strange odors - smoke detector un plugged and sitting on microwave, not safe - numerous moth holes in the underside of bed spread - carpet very dirty and stained, not been vacuumed for a while - lots of roaches and crickets in bath room area - tv did not work - couch too dirty to sit on - ac/heat front cover laying on floor - hole in drywall near door

Both rooms had different bad oders. The furniture looks like it came out of the garbage.

Got booked in a room that was completely trashed or still had someone in there got to a new room and bed was falling apart paint peeling on the walls shower didn’t work overall just looked like someone through it together in a hurry and didn’t do the best of job
