Only few restaurants nearby, walking distance with around 15 minutes to another small “town” with more restaurants. Can go to the designer outlet with walking distance with around 15 minutes

The Holiday Inn staff are always smiling and every time they pass by the reception they are greeted warmly and feel like home. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast. There are not too many kinds of food, but it is good for us. Maria, the waiter in the restaurant, will say hello to each guest every day. During the conversation, we also deepened our understanding of the local culture. Other employees will be very busy in the restaurant and do everything. My family arrived today the hotel around the email check in time. There was no queue and we were served right away. The staff were friendly and fun to chat with. We were headed up to our room in no time with all the info we needed for the perfect stay. Parking is free as is the pool. The pool has adult and kids hours so check ahead of time so if younfancy an adult free time ots available. Pool area had steam and sauna along with ice, pool and heated lounge chairs x2. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We had a lovely stay and plan to visit again.

Overall average experience. The bathroom condition was not very good and the cleanliness. See the attached pictures. No WiFi service. Not value for the money. Amenities were not very good. On average staff were helpful apart from some of them.

Aside from a couple of issues Kelly, Caitlin and Marta meant this trip surpassed our expectations. From booking to departure nothing was too much trouble. With two young babies this makes all the difference. Spacious room, two cots, kids eat free, convenient parking. Location suited us with trips planned to Leeds castle and Port Lympne. Staff friendliness was great from all but especially Caitlin who was always on hand at dining times and helped with our girls. On site playground old but handy. Only minor issues were the early maintenance work / noise on our first morning, room servicing on first day and some confusion about late check out. All in all, highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Quaint rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Owners went out of their way to get vegetarian alternatives, and were generally very welcoming and friendly. Affordable and close proximity to Canterbury City, would 100% recommend to everyone. Also a gorgeous dog on site!
