Premier Inn Ashford (Eureka Leisure Park)

Great location for exploring and shopping. Premier inn was ideally situated for easy access to all the main towns to visit and the weather made walking around very pleasant. We’ll be back soon with the rest of the family I expect. Enjoy Kent!

Very friendly staff, left us a pack of chocolate biscuits so clearly understand the needs of parents travelling with kids during half term 😀 Our room was right next to reception so was worried we would hear people coming in and out all night, but we were all out like a light on the very comfy beds.

Hayley and anya had excellent customer service and were very polite and helped me out with a sticky situation. Rooms was nice and clean and pillows lovely and fluffy. Beefeater was very busy couldn't get in but stay was lovely thank you for a nice stay

We stopped here for a few weeks in Nov and again for Dec. Although not much point posting pictures on this occasion as it’s exactly as shown on the box ie standard Premier Inn, comfy mattresses to boot. Having been there for such a time I think I can say the whole team working there were great This included good housekeeping through to front of house With various chopping and changing in bookings they were great at sorting things and keeping up to date In terms of amenities the beefeater next door does a nice breakfast for the hotel with a range of cooked to order items (great as you can have beans or not/ three sausages and one bacon (or vice versa) etc They also had a range of cold : continental items The croissant were always nice, and the danish:muffin etc varied very few days alongside staples like crumpets (they could do with a toaster with a bit more oomph though) Also McDonald’s is next door again, so there is always a McMuffin at hand or a cheeseburger for late night The hotel car park is a decent size, though there were a large number of trade vehicles which scattered about all over the car park, and do take up a fair bit of room making it tricky to get in and out the car etc although there is another ample car park next door by the beefeater Just down the road is the cinema, Pizza Hut, Burger King etc, and Dobbies is just across the road for a wander (and with mini supermarket within) Overall I would recommend this hotel (did I mention the comfy mattresses) What helps it stick out compared to others though are the proximity of things nearby, the motorway and last but not least a pretty stand out reception team 👌🏼

Somewhere to stay before taking the shuttle to France, so for this it is perfectly located and the attached Beefeater staff our fantastic. The hotel is very dated. The exterior wall looks like a condemned building, and the fittings and furnishings all need replaced or updated. It is clean and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was not available. Had to run hot tap for nearly 4 mins to get warm water.

Stayed here for the weekend. First impression wasn’t great when you have to walk past smokers right at the entrance, not the best place for that kinda area. Once we arrived to our room, it all seemed normal except shower glass wasn’t cleaned properly and bathroom in general wasn’t the best. Also a lot of noise at nighttime whether it was cars or people. Although location is good with restaurants nearby and large outdoor car park.
