Overall average experience. The bathroom condition was not very good and the cleanliness. See the attached pictures. No WiFi service. Not value for the money. Amenities were not very good.
On average staff were helpful apart from some of them.

Did the job for what we wanted. Hotel staff pleasant enough, room wasn't that clean, toilet leaked a little and the shower was intermittent. Would probably spend an extra £10 to stay in the premier inn next time.

Lovely, clean and welcoming hotel,great staff throughout especially in the onsite restaurant. Lisa, Ellie and Jake serving us drinks and meals during our stay were very polite and friendly, credit to them all. The food was very delicious . We definitely recommend the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable also. Will be using this travelodge again

We have stayed here before & will do so again as it is very handy being not far from Le Shuttle. The hotel has been refurbished & is looking good. The food for dinner is good & there is lots of choice, great selection of wines too. After a good night's sleep, breakfast buffet is excellent & a very good price.

Just stayed at the hotel was welcomed by Adrian who was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs, nice clean hotel with everything you need for a lovely stay. Very close to the euro tunnel which is one of the reasons we stay here.
