I got the cabin right next to the restaurant for a couple of nights. We checked ourselves in and got settled. Ate dinner next door and then came back to get the fireplace going. All was well until we saw a giant spider crawling on the floor (dealt with it) and not 10 minutes later a mouse came running by. We had read from somebody else in the first book that they had seen mice. I texted the manager right away and they got back to me saying they had another cabin available to go into right away. So we did and that cabin was dreamweaver all the way in the back corner. Bigger and nice. The next morning our door wouldn’t lock so I had to text again and the staff came right away to check it, got it to lock and gave us homemade cinnamon buns and caramel sauce for our troubles. Overall the location is ideal right near the park entrance, both cabins were cute but the curtains didn’t cover the whole window so we were nervous as two women that anyone could look in at night and we wouldn’t know and of course the mouse. The cabin by the restaurant really is right next door and you could hear kitchen staff and the cars and people. Definitely not secluded. The other cabin was though. The response from the staff was top notch which we really appreciated.

Stayed in the cabin behind the restaurant and loved it. Authentic, historic cozy cabin with great hot-tub and gas fireplace. Very rustic but with a nice updated bathroom, comfortable bed, and despite being right behind the restaurant, very private surrounded by rain forest. No TV reception, but nice TV w/a good selection of movies. Small but well-equipped kitchen area. Sketchy but usable wi-fi from the kitchen/living room area. Extremely convenient to Mt. Rainier National Park Nisqually entrance. Slept great!

Adorable little place! Great food! Friendly staff! Great location! Do yourself a favor and stop for breakfast or lunch! And don't get to have pie! We are always a bit unsure at new places away from home, but we felt right at home! Don't hesitate to stop!

Very cozy comfortable suite above restaurant. Self check in & out very convenient with parking in back. Excellent service and food in restaurant but unfortunately not open every day due to staffing. I would highly recommend.

We splurged on the Muir Cabin for a four night stay and it was worth it! The cabin location is completely private, right on Copper Creek, so the sound of the creek was ever present. Good communication from the management was appreciated. Highly recommended.

Stayed in the Dreamweaver cabin. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Felt private because of the distance from the other cabins. The cabin itself was very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The private hot tub was a nice treat. Very unplugged retreat because the wifi didn’t seem to work, but that was okay with us. The cabin had a Brita pitcher in the fridge but would recommend bringing bottled drinking water. Would definitely stay here again.

Stopped at the restaurant for dinner after a day at Mt. Rainier. Ordered the salmon, which was listed as a specialty entree and was also the most expensive menu item. When the salmon arrived it was cold. I had to hunt the server down to request it be reheated. She did that for me, but it did not improve the quality of the fish. It was either frozen or old or both and inedible. When asked how my dinner was I explained my disappointment with the salmon and received no discount of any kind. I will not return nor recommend this as a good place to eat.

Our family stayed at the Tahoma Canyon home. There were 8 adults and 1 baby. We had so much room at this beautiful location! There was fishing in the pond, watching for wildlife, corn hole, board games, evenings around the camp fire, etc., etc.. The property managers were amazing and so attentive. We will definitely be back!
