Check in was easy and staff very friendly and helpful. Gave some great recommendations for dining and directions. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were fantastic. Had to change our travel plans and they made it right in a New York minute. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Property is kept exceptionally CLEAN. With that said, it is showing it's age a bit - door bottoms needed a painting and more USB charging ports.For the price, a diamond in the rough !!!

Construction going on right outside our window. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Lightbulbs not working. Remote for tv was only partially working. The alarm was set the first night and we woke at 5am.

This was our second time staying at this location and it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is nothing fancy, I describe it as a high end budget hotel, but it is clean, very well staffed, and offers all the amenities that make a trip pleasant. We will definitely be staying there again.

Hard bed, flat pillows, phone in the room didn’t work. Internet was not working No hot water for 2 days The elevator light was not working so you couldn’t know what floor you where on Breakfast food was cold

The Front Desk people are always so nice and friendly. They always greet you coming and going.

The pillows had a very distinctive smell that was very gross and we both woke up very stuffy.

We got a great price for this stay. The person at the desk was extremely enthusiastic!

Everyone was so nice and very helpful!! We usually go somewhere once a month, and we will start staying there from now on!! Our granddaughter loved the swimming pool and hot tub!!

Very friendly and informative of the hotel benefits. Breakfast was good. Rooms were smaller than other places I have stayed, but clean.

Property badly needs refurb. Many worn, damaged and missing items especially bathroom. Breakfast was dissapointing. Poorly organized and missing condiments that when asked, they were out of. Front desk was properly trained. Front doors need service

Overall the checkin was smooth and the room was clean. Unable to control temperature with thermostat on the unit or wall, it had a mind of its own. The bathroom door got stuck when opening and closing like the bottom needed shaving off. They offered premium tv channels but initially they were not available. When I asked front desk we were instructed to go through a reset process, which appeared had to be done every time the tv was turned on.

The only complaint we have is that the carpet was wet in the halls and our room. The staff said they had shampooed the whole hotel earlier . It was fine , but still wet carpet was not good

The front desk staff is always the best.
