Moxy Asheville

This place was not what I expected in a good way. First it is essentially a wing of the aLoft in downtown, so you must use the parking deck for that hotel for this one. There was plenty of parking and spaces were wide enough for a regular vehicle. 20 a day to park is reasonable for Aville especially in downtown. Everything is walkable from here and it is a perfect location. Rooms are so what spartan but by design they are so, of you have a family of more than 2 you will want to book elsewhere. If you are solo or a couple, it is ok but just know it is a space where the sink is in the room and clothing is either hung on the wall or stored under the beds. The hotel staff were VERY friendly everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Check in is also at the lobby bar, just FYI as we didn't know that. Overall I would stay here again, one canard for those who are bringing hanging clothes, regular hangers slide off the wall pegs very easily.... but it isn't q deal breaker unless you have a wedding or something where you must hang multiple items.

We've been staying at The Moxy for over a month because our daughter is in the hospital here. I can't sufficiently express in a review how amazing it's been. The entire staff has been unbelievable to us. They are so welcoming and helpful including giving us gift cards for local area restaurants and coffee houses, and offering us cocktails when we get back at night mentally and physically exhausted. They've become like family to us. I credit Katie, the manager in leading such an amazing group of people. The hotel itself is new and clean and is located within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and know that we will stay here whenever we come back in the future!

This is a hotel you want to stay in if you're in Asheville. The property is basically brand new, it's clean, it's funky, but not too much and just really nice. The rooms are small, but so what. The staff is absolutely unquestionably fantastic. We found this place after the hurricane when few places open had running water and we typically don't stay at Moxy properties but we've been back to Asheville five times and stayed here each time. Coming back from a long day, It's really nice to walk in to this hotel and everyone smiles. They know your name you know their name and shout out to Katie The manager who is awesome five different ways. I travel a lot, I'm i'm also smart and I know things. Stay here and say hi to Katie.

Stopped by for a quick one night trip and had a great stay! The hotel is very nice and lobby is amazing. Kori checked us out in the morning and makes the best coffee!! She was very kind and made our trip special and one to remember. We will definitely be back because of Kori!

The most friendly, comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are small but the design is incredible in making the space comfortable and feel spacious. While the rooms are great, the personal service is what makes this hotel rise above others in Asheville. I've stayed there twice in the last month and, while I was a huge fan after the first visit, the second visit topped the first. The staff remembered me, and the two women (Becci and Savannah) who were managing the customer experience at the reception/bar area were masterful at making me and everyone else at the bar feel like a group of friends, rather than random acquaintances. I love this hotel and will return.

Love this place!!! I’m from Houston Texas Hotel EXCELLENT and CLEAN !! People that work there are so nice and friendly very accommodating!! As soon as you step in the Hotel you know this is going to be something Special !! Great idea for a Hotel !! I would give them 5 STARS . Looking forward to returning SOON hopefully on my husband and I ANNIVERSARY!!
