The Embassy suites was a great place to stay for the weekend. The facilities were clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious and hot. There were other things to do on site such as the pool or use the gym. Additionally, they have offer a complimentary drink during happy hour. I would highly recommend!

Embassy Suites located at Dulles North Loudoun was a perfect stay! We love the Hilton brand and couldn't be happier with this Embassy Suites. I recently stayed about a year ago, and I had to pay for parking. But,I see a year later, the policy changed, and I was grateful that my parking was included,as it should be! Thank you, Embassy Suites for thinking about your customers!

The property team was nice but didn't hit the mark. I asked for a quiet room but they put me in one next to construction and there was a real loud noise coming from the roof. They said there was no noise they could hear but when I got back from dinner the same loud noise was there. They moved me down to the 2nd floor but you could still hear the noise. Ear plugs in and I went to bed. Wouldn't go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. A few restaurants within walking distance and central to where we needed to go with a car. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was great.

Excellent value. Lots of counter space for longer stays, good black out curtains for sleeping, great breakfast, good size rooms and comfortable, clean beds.

Found bed bugs on room 442 and they switched the room. It’s unfortunate.
Also guest laundry system is very old and not working properly.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It was very nicely decorated, very clean, new looking, and overall an A . The breakfast was delicious with lots of good food.

Zach and Alex were great as was Abigail or Abby the bartender. But KATHRYN IS THE REASON I AM
GIVING SUCH A TERRIBLE REVIEW. She was RUDE RUDE to my family, she wasn’t at the bar when we showed up, never apologized after we waited 20 minutes and then proceeded to argue with me and family members. She is NOT EMBASSY SUITES quality. She needs to go and fast and Abigail needs to replace her. Abby was kind, engaging, thoughtful, worked well will Zach was attentive to me and all of our family members. She is the EPITOME of what an Embassy Suites employee should be. Kathryn was a disgrace. If there were an opportunity to give a minus 10 review, Kathryn should get it.
Also, they are terribly understaffed in housekeeping and they can do better.
