We stayed for 3 nights in this amazing place with a beautiful garden and an exceptional crew. The reception is staffed by Swiss professionals and you feel right at home. The rooms have all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Beds are comfortable and room have air conditioning. The garden with a koi pool and a extra clean swimming pool is outrageous beautiful. The Hydrangeas are in full bloom and every detail in top shape. Restaurants are very good and the service is professional. This is the Swiss style. Never intrusive or servile. A shuttle service can bring you in town and of course you can walk through pleasant neighborhoods too Golf is just around the corner and on the lake you can do a cruise to an island with a botanical garden. The Ticino is well organized with good roads and long tunnels through the mountains. Nearly everything can be reached by train If you are anyway in Switzerland do not miss its beautiful towns like Bern and Lucerne or Zürich. So much to see in this beautiful country. I have seen many old towns in Europe but the Swiss know how to keep them in shape and spotless clean. The fast food Joints do not stick out and the little shops just invite to stroll through town. Not to forget the terrific bakeries and cheese shops. Switzerland has also some very good wines , which they mostly drink themselves. So hop on the train and see gods country.

Normally I have stayed directly On-The-Go promenade but spontaneous try-super! More quiet and near to everything for those who can walk 5 minutes. We didn’t need parking but we’re pleased to know places are available. Will come back. Next time will possibly try the restaurant-we are so soiled by the choices and didn’t give I t a go this time though. Thanks

Very nice boutique hotel. Come with top service from friendly staffs. Hotel faces the lake but not all rooms come with balcony and lake view. The budget room was super small but very tastefully designed inside. Very cosy and comfortable for a short stay. Our room window faced the reception entrance so can be pretty noisy in the morning. Breakfast was quite satisfying too. Parking was just short walk to the hotel. Overall such an enjoyable stay!

das Haus ist ein Hotel garni, bietet also nur Frühstück. Dieses ist aber sehr gut, umfangreich, und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man kann sich sogar Eier in einem automatischen Eierkocher zubereiten. Mehrere Wurst und S*****ensorten, verschiedene Käse, Müsli, Joghurt, und verschiedene Brotsorten komplettieren das Angebot. im Salon im Erdgeschoss steht ein Kühlschrank, aus dem sich jeder Gast bei Bedarf bedienen kann und seinen Verzehr in ein entsprechendes Formular einträgt. Das Hotel ist neu in ein altes Haus eingebaut worden, wobei nur die Fassade und eine Zwischenwand erhalten wurde. Deshalb sind alle Zimmer recht neu und modern ausgestattet;die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Badezimmer groß und mit Regendusche, Es gibt genügend Ablageflächen. Besonders schön sind die Zimmer mit Seeblick und kleinem Balkon. Im Keller gibt es ein Spa und ein Hallenbad, sehr außergewöhnlich in dieser Lage. Bademantel und Badetücher erhält man auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Das Personal ist sehr fachkundig und hilfsbereit, selbst wenn die Rezeption nachts nicht besetzt ist. Verwundert hat uns allerdings, dass das Hotel bei Regenwetter keine Regenschirme zur Verfügung stellen kann (wie dies in fast allen Hotels der Welt üblich ist), diese aber zum Verkauf anbietet.
