Everybody with key card could open our room!
Several emails and calls were not responded!
No privacy, our stay was like a prison cause we could't open our room door with our key cards!

Dear Sir or Madam, I have booked into this hotel for two nights in room 26. It is nice and adequate for a short visit. However, the bed leaves something to be desired. The walls are beyond dilapidated and urgently need repair. It's awful to sleep there. Unfortunately, the television didn't work, and when I sat down in the armchair, I pricked myself on an 8 cm long nail that had been left there. The caretaker took the nail when he changed the batteries in the remote control. Otherwise, the room is modern.
