Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room service was very nice. The hotel did not provide anything other than what was described, only in a bad location in terms of location.

The air conditioning in the rooms is very weak. The windows don't open. Very stuffy. The staff tries to help, but is not effective. The number has been changed. They skimp on air conditioning in the corridors, which is why it’s so stuffy.
The Hilton Honors card was not accepted, as a result the night was not taken into account - you will have to contact support.
One of the advantages is free underground parking.

Towels were missing in the room, we asked for them and they arrived 40 minutes later.
Breakfast was a complete disaster, the products were insufficient and cold.
There were insufficient spoons and forks, their slots were empty, the waffle maker was broken and broken,
