The Hotel is connected to the JR Asahikawa Stn! Exit station and walk toward the Aeon mall. The lift to the hotel is near Saizeraya. Love the fact that the hotel is situated on the fifth floor of Aeon shopping mall. That makes it super convenient to shop and eat especially when it’s-20 degree out side. Another plus point is that there is a bath house within the hotel. The bus stop to the famous Asahiyama Zoo is five minutes from the hotel. Strongly encouraged to stay here !

The location is great with AEON and many restaurants nearby, JR station is also within walking distance. Too bad there's no free parking from the hotel but there's a few choices of paid parking areas around the hotel, the parking area without roof opposite hotel is cheaper than the one in the building. Sleep wear and deodorize spray are provided. Public bath is clean. All the basic amenities are provided. Clean, new and well maintained hotel. Overall happy with my stay here.

The transportation is convenient, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Asahikawa Station. The bathing environment is very clean and comfortable, the temperature of the hot spring is not high, the additional services are very good, and there are ice products for bathing. I think it's an old hotel, but it seemed recently refurbished. Hence, the room is modern! Though the room comes standard with a triple-double, it could comfortably accommodate another bed for 4 persons. The bathroom is spacious.

Rooms are clean, in moderate size. Location is right in front of Asahikawa JR station, and there are many lines of commute bus that direct to all main tourist spots. The only negative image of this place came from this lady staff in the restaurant during breakfast time. She has a very mean attitude to those who does not speak English/Japanese, a bit discriminatory I would say. The lady staff was standing by the exit to guide you. When my parents walked out after eating, she stopped them and call them over to the place where we can return the food tray. She checked all trays while ask them to wait, and found one with a table sign on it. Then she immediately start to blaming on my parents without listening to them nor did she try to communicate patiently. Although this was a total misunderstanding after I checked with my parents and figure out that it was someone else who mistakenly put the sign in the food tray (it’s suppose to be flipped on the table when you finish eating) afterwards. The lady start talking nicely to me because I speak English and a bit Japanese, but her attitude and tone to my parents was absolutely rude.

I stayed ２ nights with my husband and wife to meet my friend in Asahikawa. It was very good, so I think I will be here next time I come. First of all, it is good to have a hot spring bath. This time it was summer, but if it was a winter snow season, I would like to thank you for the bath. It is very good to be able to sleep slowly in the public bath, not the unit bus in the room. The large bath was large and there were many washing places, and it was very comfortable. I was able to experience it this time with a ticket for rock bath. It was crowded on weekends, couples in semi-double rooms ２ names and less 々 narrow, but still, the compact room was easy to use, there was no trouble, The breakfast venue was comfortable to sit immediately without waiting. The breakfast was delicious. I go to the country and stay once, ah, this is good If you think, you will always stay there, but this hotel is exactly that hotel. The response of the employees was very pleasant. I would like to stay next time.

It is a little far from the station, but it is not a distance that can't walk. There were drinkers and restaurants nearby. The room is old, not clean, and the outside of the window is the wall of the next building. It was a room with an extra bed (total ３ floor) set in a large double (there was an explanation from the hotel side at check-in), and it was difficult to walk in the room, and it felt narrow. A little arrangement in the room? Some places, but there were old but necessary things, and there was no inconvenience. I thought it was a general commercial business hotel, not for resort travel in Hokkaido.

Very general, the price is not high. First of all, there is no restaurant nearby. We don’t know which predecessor said that the store will produce delicious soba noodles. ! Secondly, the sound insulation is particularly bad, plus we stayed in the next night, 12 young men (the names on the doors of both rooms, I counted, one six, add up to twelve) and sipped at two in the morning. Drunk, open a party in the room. I am angered, directly slammed the door, the Chinese, English and Japanese three words together, went downstairs to call the doorkeeper uncle. Finally, I can't communicate. The front desk and I also hold the same kind of translation, and talk to each other.

In a hotel halfway up the mountain, the hotel is very quiet. The window of the room can be seen to see the view of the city. It is also comfortable to live. recommend! I am not used to taking pictures in the room. The two uploaded are the scenery outside the room window!
