However, when I checked in, the price was about 2400 yen per person. Even when I told them that there was a difference between the price on the phone and the price, they insisted that it couldn't be true and did not apologize. Even when I told them that it was 1900 yen during the Obon period, they insisted that it was a customer's mistake. This time, it was cheap with the Hokkaido resident discount, but I was disgusted by the terrible service. Perhaps the staff made a mistake in calculating the Hokkaido resident discount, and I was able to stay cheap last time, but I couldn't accept the difference between the price over the phone and when I checked in. The manager's response was terrible. Just because he is older, his attitude towards customers is really terrible. I will never stay here again. Please be careful not to be lured in by cheap prices and have unpleasant experiences. I don't think that the customer is God, but the manager's response was just too terrible. It is rude to ask if I remembered incorrectly. I was unable to confirm my past receipts, and I was left with only a feeling of discomfort. It is a shame as I have stayed there many times. From now on, I will stay at hotels with good service, even if they are expensive.
