Hotel Li Graniti

The hotel is located a few minutes by car from the centre and the beach. View of the spectacular sea that gives beautiful sunshine! Breakfast varies and for the last day they have prepared the extravagant as we were going early in the morning! The hotel is fullly reflecting the Sardian style, there are many lounges to use for relaxation; the evening is the musical accompanying! The only negative point is the pool sleeps a little too used, perhaps they should be replaced! A little “disconfortable” that to get to some rooms you need to take two different lifts and get a step in the middle...
Club Esse Cala Bitta

The place and management service let's the rest of the Club Esse organisation down severely!! We have experienced apartments had no hot water and were forced to have cold showers, the espresso machine in the outdated bar was broken and neither repaired or replaced so we weren't at all shocked at all the italians complaining! The photos on their website are not true to reality as they are taken from the opposite side of their little beach. The sea is not as clean and clear as pictured, in fact there are no photos of the mini port they have which contaminate the water, why is this hidden? We were welcomed by dog poo in various ares which isn't cleaned up, hence dries and remains for days. Infact we even found it outside our apartment door!! Nobody observes rules, as no one imposes them, hence fire escapes are being used as main entrances which are stopping air-conditioning working properly. The only positive side is a wonderful room maid called Carmen who did a fantastic job and the food was wonderful. The entertainment team were great but need to be trained on how to deal with bullies, yes there was bullying amongst some teenagers, but it was just ignored as some were favoured, which we found very disturbing. I think the way this resort is run needs to be really looked at IN DEPTH and at all angles! They risk losing many clients and the organisation will get a bad reputation! The worse part is that when we complained, their customer service manners were shocking and rude. I would recommend not booking this place.
CPH | Pevero Hotel

The common spaces are nice, but the rooms are oldish and basic, even though it is visible that they invested in technology. Waiters and safeguards by the pool are very nice and a great help. The shower cabin is minuscule, not at all confortable. The view is so and so, you could see the sea from the balcony, but only above a rooftop that overshadows it. Breakfast is not what it should be for a 5 stars hotel - they have a lot of options but you have to choose through a window and specifically ask the employee to give you each small piece of cheese, by pointing your finger.. If you want two pieces, you need to keep asking.. To order coffee or water you need to wait a lot, when you call for a waiter mostly they say “just a minute” and get lost; when you finally get their attention, you only get half a glass of water at a time. Regarding the concierge - there are two laidies, but they are completely useless. We stayed for 5 nights and selected a couple of restaurants we wanted to go to. They promissed they would help us with reservations, but we didn’t hear back from them, even though we insisted. I thought that maybe being on a short notice there was no availablilty, but we ended up reserving tables ourselves online without much of a hassle.. So completely useless concierge. There is nothing but the beach around the hotel, and if you want to go to Porto Cervo, even though it’s only 4 km away, you need to go by taxi which is really expensive (roughly 40 euros for 4km - max 10min drive).

The nice owner showed us his little bathroom, beside the trubel. And the house is very tastefully furnished. We could enjoy the time we felt very well here.
Felix Hotels - Country Resort Parco Degli Ulivi

l've spent 8 days in this quiet, rural hotel, located on the outskirts of Arzachena. Accommodation is traditional and charming - double room I had booked was furnished in classical Sardinian style that I really liked and had a lovely balcony with a view of well maintained garden. Cleaning standards are high and the whole area of the hotel is kept beautifully neat and tidy. Facilities are comfortable and practical. There's plenty of parking space, swimming pool is of a great size, although the water temperature was a bit cold. Very good breakfast with friendly and welcoming staff, greeting guests from early morning. I was glad to be able to check in a bit earlier, as I had arrived in the hotel just after 12 pm and was also offered a late checkout option upon my request. Staff at the reception was always welcoming and helpful. The only criticism I have is about the pool bar where I once had lunch and thought the service was not particularly customer oriented, not to mention a rather poor quality of the meal l ordered. It was a tiny portion of pasta with literally 3 mussels in it and was not hot enough. Also what is the point of serving bread rolls on the side, when the customer doesn't even get a small side plate with separate cutlery for it and some olive oil and butter? Little things definitely need to be improved at lunchtime in the pool bar. It does not come as a surprise, that this part of the hotel is not often used by customers as l've noticed during my stay. Overall, Parco Degli Ulivi is an ideal option for relaxing and unwinding in a peaceful and scenic Sardinian countryside, with all the attractions of beautiful Costa Smeralda within reach.
