Four Points by Sheraton Arusha, the Arusha Hotel

Very well maintained hotel. Nicely positioned in Arusha. Room was excellent and fully equipped. 210 plugs, so bring you adapter if traveling from US. Iron, board, slippers, robes, fully stocked bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent stay. Full English breakfast and more, with Indian and Middle Eastern style additions. Fruit, pastries, everything. Roof top restaurant bar pool is a great place to relax and the food is very affordable and great quality. Hotel staff was some of the best ever from my global travels.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The internet was decent and the staff was very nice. I have stayed at the Four Points everytime i was in Arusha. This time i wanted to try something different. I’m glad i did. This place was alot cheaper and provided what i needed. Somewhere clean and safe to lay my head until the next morning.
Arusha Serena Hotel

This is a beautiful old coffee plantation estate turned into a hotel. The main building is the bar, reception, restaurant. The rooms are beautiful 'hut' dispersed around the property. We got there at midnight after traveling from Amsterdam and were surprised by a delicious hot meal! Our waiter, Zainab, cheerfully welcomed us to Arusha and Tanzania (karibu - welcome). All the meals were excellent, good selections of wine, all staff friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful with monkeys running around. One of the gardeners took us around to see their kitchen garden and 5 different kinds of bananas! Rooms beautifully appointed with mosquito netting, lots of hot water, beautiful view of the grounds. Wonderful place to recuperate from many plane rides.
Njiro Legacy

Very new hotel with great equipment and design. Have found a good deal and therefore go there. For the price it was super and people very prevalent. The area is at the same time a little higher for the Tanzania standard. Unfortunately, I don't want to give 5 stars, as there is no disc over the room door and there is noise that you can hear everything from outside. So as long as it's quiet out there is no problem, but as soon as motorcycles, chickens or people make noise can no longer sleep, which is bad, because after our safari it was a very nice accommodation to relax. There is a climate in the room so I don't understand why you still need to place a ventilation grid above the door. The climate pulls the moisture out and the staff can air every time they make the room.
Mount Meru Hotel

The environment is beautiful, clean and hygienic, the front desk is very good and late check-out until two o'clock in the afternoon, breakfast is not very rich, but you can eat. Tanzan blue is sold in the lobby but there are not many varieties. The most important thing is that when the hotel goes out and turns left along the wall, there is a Chinese restaurant. It takes less than five minutes to walk. The owner is a Shanghainese. The food is cheap and delicious. The owner also does tourism projects and is very nice.
Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge

This was the starting point of our 8 Day Tanzania Safari trip. We spent our first night here- met by a warm welcome group and assigned our personal staff member 'Praygod'- we were well taken care of the entire time, and we made a good friend! What a beautiful coffee lodge with excellent food, service and incredible rooms/bungalows. The bungalows were luxurious and spacious. We also enjoyed the entertaining monkeys :) traversing throughout the property. The staff and service was top notch! Thank you to all, especially Praygod!
