The staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

The entire resort style is like a kindergarten full of natural fun. The girl at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. It felt good to stay temporarily for one night.

Wonder stay at fun retret, i have no enough words to explain how they made my stay special. First rooms where very clean with new bed sheets, well arranged and staff where available all the time to assist with a smiling face Sec food was exceptional we had it on time and it tested like home made food breakfast and dinner was exceptional Generally all staff were welcoming and helpful ready to assist any time It made me feel at home and specially, thank you team for choosing fun retreat

Our stay at this marvelous hotel was amazing. The staff made our stay a memorable one with them going an extra mile in making sure we were on our comfort zone. The rooms are well cleaned and maintained,thanks to all housekeeping staff,the food is freshly made and delicious. Not forgetting the warm welcoming by the front desk team. Definitely will come back. 5

The fun retreat was exactly what we needed after safari. The rooms were really nice and modern. With amazing showers that were defined needed. The staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The pool was amazing to relax in

I had an amazing stay at Fun Retreat from check in to check out,the service was too notch.The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort,always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with any requests The rooms were beautiful designed, clean and well maintained. I especially loved the attention to details,from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided.The hotel ambiance was both relaxing and elegant,making it perfect gateway. I highly recommend Fun Retreat to anyone looking for fantastic stay . I will definitely be coming back
