The Tulia Boutique Hotel and Spa was an amazing stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and the meal was delicious. Everyone was super helpful and we recommend it if you’re staying in Arusha.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start and finish of our safari , Hotel is very nice and the staff extremely friendly and attentive to anything you need, They have a small pool which we sat around to have drinks and dinner on first day The restaurant offers a good choice of dishes at very reasonable prices , also good selection of drinks Breakfast was a buffet style with a omelette/ eggs station , again good choice available, Rooms were pretty basic but clean and comfortable Would definitely stay here again

I stayed at Tulia on two different occasions this past summer. Both were fantastic. Ask for Josef, he is amazing. The front desk (especially Emmanuel was always so helpful). Breakfast was great and food in the restaurant delicious too. The walk into Arusha is a nice stroll. I definitely will be back!

We stayed at this hotel one night before the start of our safari trip. The rooms were quite basic and rather small, but clean and comfortable. We had a really nice dinner and breakfast was also satisfactory. As mentioned, we didn't stay here long but as a stopover before/after safari perfectly recommneded.

We stayed for only one night before starting our safari. We found the hotel very peaceful and clean. The room was spacious, the restaurant area very pleasant and the evening meal was good. Staff was friendly and polite. A good place in Arusha to start (or end) your safari

Basic hotel, useful for a stopover before safari. The hotel rooms are small with almost no storage space. In the main building the rooms are noisy because windows are directly connected to hallways. Breakfast is OK with an egg station. Didn’t use the swimming pool although looked ok. We had dinner in the restaurant which was basic, but good portions.

This hotel was interesting. first I must say that Shossi from housekeeping was truly amazing. We stayed here two nights - one on each end of our safari. the first night our rooms seemed very old. We weren't in the main building, but still close to everything. I had a key to lock the the door from the inside as well as the outside. My daughter, next door had a turn lock on the inside and a key to get in. Meal here were a long process - not what we are used to in the states with a 6 yr old. The food was ok, but it took about 2 hours from start to finish and there seemed to be a lot of standing around while we were waiting for service. We mentioned this to our guide, so then the second night we stayed was very different. Our guide had called and told them our comments. We were put in two rooms in the main building. These rooms opened with key cards that also controlled the electrical in the room. The rooms were bright and well presented. I had a queen and a twin bed plus a couch in my room. My daughter's room was just as nice. We decided to order Pizza Hut delivery instead of trying our luck with the restaurant again. the front desk helped us order it. The breakfast was a buffet each morning. We were able to get good food, not sure why they don't just do buffets for everything...

Knowing this is a 3 star hotel I do not expect a lot however when you are being charged £85 for a single room then expectations have to be high. Firstly the rooms are so small that even 1 suitcase can barely fit in the room without it obstructing you. Bed was comfortable but lots of mosquitoes inside room. Room was in dire state and needs redecorating. We only ate dinner once and it was terrible and it took over 1 hour to come. We ordered mojito and instead was given watered down juice. I have given 2 star because Breakfast was good, no complains there. One of the staff member at the reception was incredibly rude when I questioned the taxi price. Hotel are charging 10dollar for a 10min taxi ride each way. We managed to get taxi via bolt app and it cost us 2dollars. We figured hotel trying to rip us off. I read a lot of good reviews for this hotel so was shocked at how bad the standards really are.

The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and provided a great place to relax in Arusha. The food was good, with a variety of options. Every meal was enjoyable and well-prepared, offering both local and international dishes. Moreover, the staff was very kindness and helpfulness. This hotel provided a pleasant and convenient stay. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
