Whilst the room was to usual good standard, pricing pretty expensive, the situation with eating was completely unacceptable. I do believe the limited offering with the 'Roundstone' being in limbo should have been made clear at time of booking. Menu and staffing situation were that limited that before ordering it was pointed out by staff there was a very nice Indian nearby? Being Coeliac limited offering meant even less choice for myself, although quality of food was okay. Prebooked Breakfast was a 'mare' with staff complaining about being alone, not shown Allergy book and got told no GF cereal but that's okay people only come for cooked breakfast anyway. No glasses for juice, no pastries/bread for my partner, coffee machine out of order ( went back to hotel to get nescafe sachets so we could make our own). Asked for and eventually got cold/stale GF toast, for cooked breakfast asked for bacon, beans, mushrooms (got offered vegetarian sausages because they will be fine?), asked for plenty as that was all I was having. Eventually came out as one rasher of bacon, small scoop of beans and a handful of mushrooms, very disappointed asked for more and finally received two bits of bacon about ten minutes after we had finished eating.

Stayed here visiting local family for a party. Staff were very friendly and it felt as if nothing was too much trouble for them. We requested extra tea and coffee and it was made readily available. Breakfast was in the restaurant next door, we could eat as much as we wanted, it was cooked fresh and hot. We didn’t have evening meal as we were out but we did go in for a drink which was nice. I would return if visiting the area again.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting friends in Bognor. Overall a decent enough hotel, except for the cost, which for Saturday night at £162 I thought was excessive. These are "budget"hotels, definitely no frills, and not worth this amount. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful & efficient. Room was clean and functional , apart from the hairdryer which cut-out when you trued to use it ( I reported this when I left, so hopefully this is now resolved) Breakfast was good, usual choice of items & cooked very well. I would stay here again, but not at that price!

We had a comfortable few days at this Premier Inn, the staff were helpful & very friendly & recommended a couple of places to eat. It is such a shame that the Pub & Restaurant isn't open to the public anymore. This means it's only open to hotel guests for breakfast until 11am, then it's closed until 6pm for dinner ( only a few options on the menu). I did miss somewhere to go for a coffee during the day, I must say. The staff are a credit to the company, now there's less of them they have to do more & consequently dash around when guests arrive.

Stayed at the Premier Inn Littlehampton as it was close to a venue we were attending a party at. Room was clean, check in/out was easy, I would recommend that you issue 2 door cards as you always had to be together to get into the building. We were disappointed that the attached pub was closed so we had to go into Angmering for lunch. It did open just for breakfast which was plentiful and pleasant, we had 7 rooms booked for the party so having breakfast together was nice.

This is the first time we've booked a Premier Plus room. It was definitely worth it. The room was much bigger, and felt more modern. The bathroom also had a walk in shower. So no struggling to get into and out of the bath. There was plenty of parking space too.

We were welcomed by the reception staff. Was a little disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday evening, but there was an Indian Restaurant about 200 yards away which was very good.

Stayed for a couple of nights here while the kids had a sport event nearby. You can rarely go wrong with a Premier inn and this was no different, all the usual amenities, clean and simple, good night's sleep with good service. The reception staff even kept our bikes safe for us so we didn't have to store them in our room, very kind and friendly. Perfect base for our trip, thank you!

Polite staff In reception and in the restaurant. Bed comfortable - there were additional pillows provided but think next time I'll bring my own. Close to a lovely beach- 10 mins drive East Preston. Good size room for a family. Plenty of parking. TV signal fluctuates. Overall a good experience.
