We stayed there for one night at the end of December. The rooms were okay—small and clean—but the placement of the plug points was very inconvenient. To charge your devices, you have to bend under the table, which was difficult for my parents to reach. The room didn’t come with tea, coffee, or a kettle—just the room itself. The bathrooms were not very clean either. When we arrived, there was a large, noisy group staying there, which created a lot of confusion. The hotel had difficulty finding two rooms for us since most of the rooms were occupied by that group. The manager and staff were busy trying to manage the situation. I’m not sure how such disorganization happened. We didn’t have any meals at the hotel, only tea. However, the hotel staff were very polite and tried their best to assist us. A staff member named Niranjan was particularly attentive, always checking if we needed anything. My husband complained to him about the noise and the pool cleanliness. While I understand that large groups like to enjoy themselves, the hotel should consider the comfort of other guests. If they want to host big parties, they shouldn’t take other bookings during that time. The most shocking thing was how they cleaned the pool. They used the same mop to clean around the pool and then dipped it into the pool water, contaminating it with all the dirt. After seeing this, we decided not to use the pool the next morning, even though we had planned to. Regarding the hotel view, the photos online are accurate. The sea view from the pool is nice. However, the beach outside the hotel is not clean. If you walk to the left, it might be better, but the area right outside has lots of boats, cows, and dogs, which affects the beach’s appearance. I’ll attach some pictures and videos to show what I mean.
