I think Mars Hotel is the best hotel to stay in Artvin. It makes you feel very good with its view, luxurious rooms, super breakfast, and friendly and sincere staff. I highly recommend it to everyone who will stay in Artvin. We were very pleased.

Staff who don't know a single word of English, French or German and don't make the slightest effort. Totally abandoned garden, poorly cared for, locks that don't work and everything in the middle of nowhere. Very sad breakfast, just cucumber and tomato. Never again !

It's a nice boutique family hotel with a wonderful view. The breakfast was great. The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly and the à la carte lamb shish kebab and the hot lavash are wonderful. There is an ancestor standing right in front of him with a giant staff. It was great to see him there.
