When I went to check in I was given the key and send on my way, I was not given any information on the hotel, breakfast not even where my room was located. As soon as I was handed the key the staff went back inside their office. The room seem ok, until I use the restroom. Under the sink there were 2 dead cockroaches. Even on the second day when they clean they were still there.

Guest room not ready even though we arrived at 5 pm, well after the 3pm check-in time. Sheets and bedding are cheap and rough. Sandpaper like sheets. Carpet, fixtures and overall look of the hotel seemed sad and run down. Breakfast that was included was a list of several choices. Fruit that was served as a side was a tablespoon of blueberries.

Checked in went to the room, couldn’t walk on the carpet without socks n shoes cu the carpet was sticky, one of the towels wasn’t folded right but didn’t think anything of it at the moment, took my daughter to swim, the pool was dirty and was told at the front desk the hot tub didn’t work, my daughter swam for like 30 min, came back to our room n the door was wide open even though I knew I shut it properly, after I took my shower I didn’t know if my skin was burning from the water in the shower or the pool, my hands turned pretty red, my daughter took her shower and said her towel smelt like cologne, we packed up n left, we only stayed for lil over 2 hrs before leaving, wouldn’t recommend this place at all to anyone

Great accommodations! Pet friendly! Staff always happy and welcoming. Restaurant has a great choice of breakfasts (made to order) and dinner is always great as well!

The room was clean and spacious. The Pool was my favorite part as it was clean and long enough to swim short laps, the atmosphere was relaxing because of all the greenery used to decorate the pool area...the pool was excellent! Breakfast was good and we enjoyed eating in the outdoor courtyard.

Terrible mattresses in room. Room not clean. Carpet worn and torn in room. Breakfast terrible- outsourced for burritos and set up table at check in counter. Overall not a good experience. Checked out after first night instead of staying 3.

We stay at this hotel frequently, although there are a number of hotels to chose from. We always have excellent service, friendly staff and a great selection of breakfast options from which to choose. We will continue to stay here often.
