Отель расположен в центре г. Артём от городского Дом культуры 2 мин. пешком. Отель в стиле квартир 80-х 90-х годов. В номере есть чайник,на этаже вода в кулере,так же есть шампунь,зубные щётки,гель для душа. Кровать была не удобная, мягкий матрас,не было одеяла и пришлось его просить и самой заправлять постель. С улицы очень шумно без беруш не выспаться,входные двери тонкие свет и шум из коридора. Так как отелей ни так много,не далеко от аэропорта,то в этом отеле, возможно ещё ни раз придётся останавливаться.
