Terrible experience, we booked 2 months ago and they never mentioned to us that the ski attractions were going to be closed and that's the only reason we came, it's a far away place, it's not like the photos, there's no snow since 2020, not even the ski slope has Snow so don't be fooled, the facilities are old and neglected. I recommend that if you go, you bring everything you need because in the little store they have everything is very expensive, an ultra simple domino game that you don't give more than $50 for is there for $290 pesos. The food is good but expensive. The waiter we had was friendly and explained more to us than the receptionist. I do not recommend it

It is far from being a 5 star hotel, terrible experience… the golf course was horrible, the ski slope was not in operation, instead they offered me a courtesy to play Ping Pong for 1 hour… it is a joke, I will never return!! Please don't waste your time or money here.

The rooms do not have dark curtains and all the light comes in at night, making it difficult to rest with so much light at night. We reported twice to reception and the response was that nothing can be done until the next day and depending on the availability of dark curtains

The room they gave me first was not the one I requested, since the one that was available in the app had a king size bed and they gave me one with 2 double beds; It also smelled a lot of food and the terrace was dirty: in the end they changed me to a king size room after I had to argue with the lady at the reception because she said that since it had been booked by ******* she couldn't do nothing about it, but in the end he agreed... the second room was also very dirty, the terrace, full of cigarette butts. The worst thing about the night is that even when you enter you sign a document that says that you should not have loud music, in the next room there were several people making a lot of noise, they were having a party with high volume, running and moving furniture; I reported them to reception and a gentleman told me that they were going to silence them but that never happened and the noise continued after 3 in the morning.... the next day I reported it and they only told me that they apologized but the bad night no one took it away from me... Overall it was a bad experience

Excellent service and attention. There are many activities for the family and the cabins are super cute. They don't have Internet so it is ideal to disconnect the children from technology. We stayed in cabin 2 and just arriving we were visited by a bear!!! It was incredible.

Under no circumstances buy a timeshare membership as it is a fraud. They never answer the reservation phones for members and when they answer you they tell you that there is no availability for the next six months. It is better to book without being a member.

We are from Saltillo and we are proud of our region, and we received foreign friends and we wanted to take them to San Antonio and Monterreal.... we decided to enjoy activities for children such as zip lining, spinning wheels or I don't know what they call them and eat at the clubhouse . The prices are high for a local budget, for a foreigner probably not so much, but it is still high vs. quality and service. The gentlemen went up to the golf course and it is really in the WORST conditions that @bosquesdemonterreal golf courses have been in. We had a chat with some of the workers there and they said "they weren't being listened to." They appointed a director "they didn't give a name" who, since he doesn't play golf, isn't interested in improving it. Just to go play there you have to pay $1500 green fee and the green is contaminated, the fairways are dry... in short, BAD EXPERIENCE, NOT RECOMMENDED
