Eccellenze servizio, pulizia, cortesia e Spa. La festa di ferragosto è stata superlativa. Ottimo il servizio cucina con un menù vario adatto a tutti i gusti, colazioni superlative con una grande varietà di torte. Lo staff della reception gentile e preciso elle indicazioni. Abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto di una notte all' Hotel Gortani ed è stata un' ottima esperienza Personale gentile e preparato, un plauso alle massaggiatrici della zona Spa: Chiara ha fatto un massaggio super, purtroppo mio marito non ha chiesto il nome alla collega ma è stato molto felice anche lui. Stanza pulita e ben arredata. Pulizia ottima, cibo buono, buffet di contorni e antipasti sempre rifornito. Colazione abbondante. Personale della reception esaustivo su tutto. Consigliato.

Weekend di relax con la famiglia. Stanza grande mansardata pulita e comoda. Cena e colazione ottime. Personale di sala simpatico ed efficiente. Provati servizi SPA: massaggio con Margherita eccellente. Bene anche aufguss e manicure con le due Chiara. Unico neo che la piscina non è grande e i bambini urlanti e qualche adolescente non propriamente educato non permettono il relax cercato...

Ho trascorso in questa struttura 5 giorni e 4 notti, in mezza pensione, usufruendo di tutti i servizi presenti. Che dire, IMPECCABILE! Dalla pulizia di tutti i locali, dall'accuratezza di ogni più piccolo dettaglio. Tutto il personale estremamente gentile, educato e disponibile, si vede che sono tutti preparati e selezionati, in ogni settore. Camera e bagno spaziosi con una vista spettacolare. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata, molto ricca e variegata. Cene squisite, ogni giorno si poteva scegliere tra diversi piatti, tutti molto fantasiosi ma equilibrati, contorni a buffet e dolce incluso. SPA e piscina coperta, ma panoramica, eccellenti. Presente anche una piccola palestra. Bici a disposizione, su prenotazione, E-bike noleggiabili per mezza o intera giornata. Sottolineo che io ne ho preso una che ha avuto dei problemi di funzionamento e non mi hanno fatto pagare il noleggio. Accurati in tutto e per tutto. Non ho trovato alcuna pecca in questa struttura, una vera perla nella Carnia. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Hotel adatto principalmente a famiglie, ma poco rilassante per coppie che vogliono usufruire della parte “wellness e relax”: piscina rumorosa a causa dei numerosi bambini e percorso termale spesso inaccessibile per spazi limitati, sopratutto nel weekend. Camera molto piccola, se una persona si sedeva sulla scrivania bisognava scavalcare il letto per raggiungere l’altra parte della stanza, letto e cuscini piuttosto duri, odore sgradevole dal bagno e scarsa insonorizzazione. Mancano servizi essenziali per un albergo che riceverà la 4’ stella, come un ferro da stiro, e abbiamo pagato 14 euro per stirare due camicie. Reception poco flessibile e sbrigativa. Nota di merito per il personale di sala, in particolare Gioacchino, Valerio, e per i favolosi massaggi di Margherita e per Andrea alla SPA, che si sono distinti per gentilezza e professionalità. Ottimale servizio di pulizia in tutto l’albergo e nelle camere! Agevolazioni per noleggio sci e skipass. Parcheggio incluso. Ottimi prodotti della colazione!

Siamo stati benissimo! Da tre annia a questa arte decidiamo di passare il Natale da loro! Cucina molto buona, personale gentilissimo dalle ragazze alle reception a Chiara e Margherita della zona Spa, a tutto il personale di sala! Anche se ci sono stati piccoli intoppi, hanno cercato di risolvere immediatamente ed è da queste cose che si vede la serietà del personale! Camere molto accoglienti, l'unica nota negativa,se cosi si può chiamare, e che la camera dove siamo stati noi in mansarda era poco illuminata! Ma per il resto da dieci e lode!

Eccellente hotel. Belle camere pulite. Personale cordiale. Il ristorante è 5 stelle. Piu che eccellente. Il prezzo è basso in proporzione al cibo. Eccellente la cokazione. Ottimo per famiglie e ferie. Ma anche per lavoro. Ve lo co siglio proprio.
