До 2021 года BQ был пожалуй единственным загородным комплексом вблили Астаны, где можно было хорошо провести выходные с семьей. Ранее отдыхали в BQ довольно часто семьей с друзьями, а также проводил неоднократно выездные тимбилдинги для своего достаточно многочисленного коллектива. Однако, в 2021 году BQ очень сильно подкачал, сделав ставку лишь на свою репутацию и популярность, при этом отведя какой-либо фокус от наиболее важной состлавляющей - клиентоориентированности. Крайние несколько поездок с друзьями оставили очень нехорошие впечатления, в частности 1) Обслуживание в ресторане оставляет желать лучшего, несмотря на значительное повышение цен. 2) Очень сильно подняли цены на зимние развлечения для детей - не то, на чем нужно делать фокус для увеличения прибыльности. 3) Очень удручающим обстоятельством явилось тот факт, что заплатив за номер люкс (2 комнаты) и попросив заправить для маленького ребенка диван в отдельной комнате, получили ответ, что это ПЛАТНО. Стыд и срам, ребята … 4) Очень грубый персонал на проходе к зимним горкам, у которого очень странные установки от администрации. Арендуешь лыжи для 5 летнего ребенка, платишь за услуги инструктора, а родителю видишь ли пройти с ребенком, чтобы помочь ему одеть лыжи, нельзя … тоже очень стыдно и странно …
