We went in December and they didn't have heating. They did not offer us any solution, and they did not refund our money. The owner didn't even deign to answer any messages. They should close the hotel, it is a total scam. Don't go.

A hotel with charm but for which an effort must be made to bring a little more modernity and comfort, including in terms of hygiene. The catering also needs to be improved. The staff remains very pleasant and available. The location is great but... There are a lot of things to review.

I do not recommend it nor will I return to this place. The hotel is not clean. I expressed my discomfort to Guillem in charge of the hotel and there was little ability to react. My room was not acceptable. Bed with hair, torn towels, bedspread with holes, small mattress protector which did not allow the bed to fit properly, sheets with a musty smell (I asked them to please change them and if they did they still smelled bad). Room full of dust, curtains that haven't been washed in years, stained fabric chair. Horrible decoration both in the room and in the restaurant. Bulbs with mixed white and warm light. There is no hospitality or good work. Zero love and zero detail in the room and restaurant. I have read other very positive comments, they must have been from the previous owners. Now it is no longer the case. For dinner I ordered breaded chicken with salad, they served me frozen breaded chicken. It is a shame. I paid €700 for three nights, two rooms and no breakfast included...an abuse for the product received.

A group of six friends stayed there for one day. Very good experience, both gastronomic and in relation to the stay in the rooms. Very attentive staff. I did not score a five due to a communication problem with management regarding a cancellation. Hotel in general highly recommended

Es un engaño. Tengo 2 niñas pequeñas y hace frío en las habitaciones. No hay calefacción ni mantas. La chimenea está apagada y no quieren encenderla. Además, las habitaciones son bastante cutres. Sólo hay un chico en recepción que llama al propietario detrás de nuestra insistencia al hablar con él. Sin embargo, no quiere aparecer y no da solución al problema. Por tanto, no sólo las condiciones del hotel sino que la atención también es pésima. Cero recomendable.

Hotel frío sin calefacción ni mantas. La chimenea la tienen de decoración porque no quieren encenderla. Duchas sucias. Cuando alguien va de escapada rural en pleno invierno espera encontrar un sitio acogedor, pero se está mejor en casa que en este lugar. No atendieron nuestras reclamaciones. Una pérdida de dinero, nos fuimos a otro hotel. Nada recomendable. Muy mala experiencia.
